Matilda web site contains information about the reading program and the assignments. Books are divided into eight categories according to their theme.

Sometimes finding the book in time is a problem although Matilda web site has a  link to the Public Libraries' Bibliographic Database. By using it one can see in which library the book is available.		 nauru.gif (1358 bytes)
Matilda students read two books a month. Everybody reads the "Book of the Month" , chosen by the students. In addition to that one chooses one optional book from the same category.

The students keep journals while reading the books. The idea is to reflect oneīs ideas and feelings in the journal and then share the impressions with the group by sending e-mail. 		itsatk.jpg (29930 bytes)
After reading the book the students send their assignment to their home group and tutor. Sending is easy, just click on the picture of your home group.

Every student gets personal feedback from the tutor. The students are encouraged to comment on each otherīs ideas in order to have true interaction within the home group.
